During my recent city break, I stayed in a hotel that had a great location as it was close to a popular attraction and a train station. Additionally, the hotel provided free toiletries that were of a high standard. Furthermore, the room I stayed in had large windows that allowed for plenty of natural light to come through, making my stay more comfortable.

My experience at the hotel was not all positive. The staff were rude during check-in and were not accommodating when I asked to have an extra guest stay with us. The cleanliness of the hotel was also not up to standard. my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The hotel's location may appeal to some, as it is conveniently situated within proximity to several local amenities. the rude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff towards guests dampens the entire experience. the cleanliness of the accommodations leaves much to be desired and does not reflect the description provided by the hotel. there are no notable facilities or advantages in the room to justify the stay.

The lack of customer service and disrespectful attitude from staff members is a severe deterrent for a comfortable and relaxed stay.

During my business trip to this hotel, I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the room rate and was delicious. the hotel was conveniently located near several key landmarks that I needed to visit in the area. the gym facilities were state, of, the, art.
